Payment methods, receipts, refunds, and subscription management

FRISKY accepts payment through Apple (in-app purchase on iOS), Google Play (on Android), PayPal, and credit/debit cards via Stripe on the web.
It depends on how you subscribed. If you signed up via iOS, manage it in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. For Android, go to Google Play Store → Subscriptions. For web/Stripe, visit your account settings on frisky.fm to access the subscription management portal.
This can happen if there's a sync delay between the payment processor and our system. Try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact us at with your account email and payment receipt.
Receipts are sent to the email associated with your payment method. For Apple purchases, check your Apple email receipts. For Stripe/web payments, you can access your billing history through the subscription management portal.
Refund policies depend on your payment platform. Apple and Google handle refunds for in-app purchases through their respective support channels. For web purchases, contact us at and we'll do our best to help.
If you canceled, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. The charge you're seeing may be for the final period before cancellation took effect. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at .
It depends on how you subscribed. If you subscribed via iOS, update your billing through your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Payment & Shipping). For Android, update it through Google Play (Google Play → Payments & Subscriptions). If you subscribed on the FRISKY website via Stripe, go to your account settings on frisky.fm, click "Manage Subscription," and update your billing details there. PayPal subscribers can update their billing information directly through their PayPal account.
If you're encountering an error while trying to cancel through the FRISKY website, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then log in again. If the issue persists, you can cancel directly through your payment provider: for Stripe/web subscriptions, visit your account settings and click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe customer portal. If you're still unable to cancel, contact us at and we'll cancel it for you — no questions asked.
